- L’Agriturismo Borgo San Donnino è situato in Umbria, nel comune di Città della Pieve ( Perugia )a confine con la Toscana; è facilmente raggiungibile sia in macchina (7km dall’uscita Autostradale A1 Fabro) che in treno (5km dallo scalo ferroviario di Fabro e 12km da quello di Chiusi-Chianciano Terme).

La nostra struttura Agrituristica è composta da 2 casali (podere Riccardo - casale di fine 800 - e podere Caterina - casale risalente al 1500 - ), entrambi di recentissima ristrutturazione, una piscina di 18m x 9m su una stupenda terrazza panoramica naturale, una Chiesa del 14° secolo, dove è possibile (su prenotazione) celebrare cerimonie con servizio catering, ed un laghetto per la pesca, situati all’interno di un appezzamento di terreno di 60 ettari adibiti a bosco e prati.

All’interno dell’agriturismo, è possibile la degustazione e l’acquisto dei prodotti biologici di nostra produzione (ortaggi, frutta, miele, vino, olio di oliva, legumi).

Gli appartamenti con entrata indipendente, hanno tutti una bellissima vista sulle colline Umbre e Toscane, riscaldamento autonomo, TV satellitare, frigo, angolo cottura in muratura, stoviglie , biancheria da camera , cucina e bagno, stufa a legna e caminetto; all’esterno dei casali si trovano forno a legna, barbecu , zona lavanderia con lavatrice Energia elettrica , acqua e gas sono compresi nel prezzo di locazione.
Possiamo ricevere ospiti diversamente abili, motociclisti e animali (purchè docili, custoditi, non pericolosi ed abituati alla presenza delle persone).

A disposizione gratuita degli ospiti ci sono 20 mountain bike, lavatrice, laghetto per la pesca , zona giochi per bambini e 1 volta alla settimana, cena tipica con tutti gli ospiti.

E’ possibile effettuare visite guidate per i paesi e le città d’Arte Umbre e Toscane limitrofe, escursioni su sentieri rupestri ciclabili, abbiamo convenzioni con maneggi per gite a cavallo tra i boschi.

The „Borgo San Donnino“ Holiday Farm is set in the municipality of Città della Pieve (Perugia), at the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
You will reach it both by car ( 7 Km from the motorway tollbooth “Fabro”) and by train (5 Km from the train station of Fabro and 12 Km from that one of Chiusi- Chianciano Terme).

Our property covers 60 acres of countryside used as woods and grass and it includes two recently restructured cottages ( Riccardo cottage, dated back to the end of 1800 and Caterina cottage, dated back to XVI century), a swimming pool (18x9) in a wonderful scenic terrace, a church dated back to the XIV century ( where you can celebrate your ceremonies and prepare feasts - on advance booking), a small lake for the sport fishing.

Our estate produces biological products (such as fruit, vegetables, honey, oil, wine and legumes) and gives its guests the possibility to taste and buy them.

Our flats (from each one you can enjoy the sight on hills of Umbria and Tuscany) are furnished with independent entrance, individual central heating, satellite TV, fridge, masonry kitchenette , oven, fire place and/or wood stove, laundry zone, dishes and linen.
Electric energy and gas are included in the leasing price.
We can give hospitality also to disabled people.
We put up also animals (provided that they are mild, guarded by someone, non – dangerous and used to the presence of people).
Motorcyclists shall use a garage.

Our guests can have at their free disposal:
• 20 mountain bikes.
• Sports fishing in our lake.
• Playground for children.
• Laundry machine.
• Group dinner for all the guests (once a week).
It is also possible:
• To visit neighbouring towns and art cities of Umbria and Tuscany with a guide.

Der Ferienbauernhof „Borgo San Donnino“ ist in Umbrien, in der Gemeinde Città della Pieve ( Perugia) gelegen.
Unsere Gäste werden ihn sowohl mit dem Auto ( 7 Kilometer von der Ausfahrt Fabro entfernt) als auch mit dem Zug ( 5 Kilometer vom Bahnhof Fabro und 12 Kilometer von jenem Chiusi -Chianciano Terme entfernt) einfach erreichen.

Unser landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb erstreckt sich über ein 60 Hektar groß Wald- und Rasengebiet und umfasst zwei kürzlich umgebaute Landhäuser ( „Riccardo“ Landhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und „Caterina“ Landhaus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert), einen Schwimmingpool (18 x 9) auf einer Terrasse mit Aussicht, eine Kirche aus dem 14. Jahrhundert (auf Wunsch kann man Zeremonien darin zelebrieren. Ferner stellen wir Ihnen unsere Anlage zur Verfügung, wenn sie Ihre Festessen bei uns veranstalten wünschen – nach Voranmeldung), kleinen See für den Sportfischfang.

Innerhalb des Landgutes können unsere Gäste einige biologischen Produkte aus eigener Herstellung kosten und einkaufen ( Gemüse, Obst, Honig, Olivenöl, Wein).

Die Ihnen zur Verfügung stehenden Ferienwohnungen gehen auf eine wunderschöne Hügellandschaft und sie sind mit eigenem Eingang, wohnungseigener Heizung, TV Sat, Kühlschrank, Kochecke, Geschirr, Tisch-, Zimmer- und Badwäsche, Holzofen und Kamin ausgestattet.
Außerhalb der Wohnungen stehen Ihnen Holzofen, Gartengrill und Waschküche mit Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
Elektrische Energie, Wasser und Gas sind im Preis der Vermietung einschließlich.

Unsere Anlage ist Behinderten gerecht ausgestattet.
Wir stellen den Motorräder ein Garage zur Verfügung.
Wir nehmen Haustiere auf, nur wenn sie nicht gefährlich und bewachte sind.

La structure est située en Umbria, dans la commune de Città della Pieve et elle s’étend au milieu des collines ombro- toscanes. On peut l’atteindre tout facilement en voiture (7 Km du péage Fabro) comme par train ( 12 Km de la gare de Chiusi- Chianciano Terme e 5 Km de celle de Fabro).

L’entreprise se trouve au milieu des collines ombro- toscanes et elle s’étend sur 60 hectares destinés aux prés et aux bois, avec petit lac, église privée du 14 siècle (où on peut célébrer des cérémonies et préparer des fêtes- sur réservation), piscine (18x9) , terrasse, et deux fermes restaurés récemment, ferme “Riccardo” (1800) et ferme “Caterina” (1500).

A l’intérieur de notre structure il est possible de dégoûter et d’acheter des produits alimentaires que nous produisons biologiquement (légumes, légumes secs, fruit, vin, huile et miel).

Tous les appartements sont dotés d’entrée indépendante, chauffage autonome, télévision satellitaire, frigo, coin- cuisine en maçonnerie, four, poêle à bois et/ou cheminée, buanderie, vaisselle et linge.
Energie électrique et gaz sont compris dans le prix de location.

Notre structure peut accueillir aussi des gens handicapés.
Les motocyclistes peuvent utiliser un garage et on peut apporter aussi des animaux (à condition qu’ils seront dociles, gardés et habitués aux gens).

Nos hôtes peuvent disposer gratuitement de :
